Tawa is an extension of the home style Indian cuisine the chef grew up with, along with more modern interpretations he has developed throughout the years, satisfying the purists, as well as the adventurous. Vibrant and exciting classic, as well as new preparations of fresh vegetables, meat and seafood are the basis to Tawa’s style of Indian bistro fare.
